International Workshop: Community-led Houses

organised in Berlin by: Commoning Spaces Network

We offer shared accommodation: 1room with 2beds, 3rooms with 4beds, 2rooms with 6beds, 3rooms with 8beds, and two seminar / lunch rooms. We provide bed linen and towels, as well as food and beverages.

We can also refund your travel expenses, up to 250€ per person.

• If you need support for access? Guest house is located inside a forest area, and rooms are not barrier free.
• Arrival and departure dates? How many people?
• Any allergies or food intolerance or preferences? Catering will be mostly vegan.

Daily: 8h breakfast, 13h lunch, 18h dinner

For guests and new community led projects we will offer presentations, workshops and networking.

In parallel (2^nd seminar room) CSN members and experienced guests will be working on international consulting, networking of projects, fundraising and forming of Community-led Houses European financing cooperative.

Thursday up to 6 people will participate at the “EUROPE – A Cultural Project” discussion with EU representatives.

• 15h         Projekthaus Potsdam visit (by Petar)

Sat 9.11.

• 09h         presentation and discussion of the Mietshäuser Syndikat model (by Peter)
• 11h         workshop about consulting new groups and housing projects (by Myrosch)
• 16h         networking and consulting possibilities for new community-led housing projects

Sun 10.11.

• 09h         developing national consulting groups and horizontal exchanges within our network
• 15h         LaVidaVerde visit, followed by social evening in Berlin
